Hi JSB
Another shot of Britannia and Ventura in Alicante last week.
I was on Ventura,,we docked in Gib the day after Britannia,,,glorious sunshine i'm afraid.
Taxi driver said it was the worst days rain he could remember in Gib the day Britannia was in,,,,,Diversions in town due to extensive flooding,and a rockslide blocking the road up to the Rock.

Where you on Britannia,,good fun when she reversed past Ventura,,,and the whistle contest.
We was close enough to hear the Britannia captain urge on his passengers to the top deck and wave down at his little sister,,,cheeky!!!!
We were ready to repel boarders. :lol:

My first sight of Britannia will be when Ventura docks in Barbados in January....Britannia will be taking passengers on board for her fortnightly cruises round the Caribbean as we arrive from our T/A

We were on Azura in Gibraltar with Britannia and the place was flooded. Never seen so much rain in Gib.

Yes we were there, you are right it was good fun.
It was our first time in Alicante and we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was.

I have never seen rain like it.
Foolishy we decided to brave the rain, expecting it to clear up but of course it didn't, I have never been so wet, the launderette was packed with people trying to dry their clothes.
