bobbyoscar wrote:Just a quick update on the two cruises for 2020 that we had booked thru Thomas Cook.

Celebrity had asked me to send them copies of my invoices and receipts from TC which I did. They then contacted me to say they would be working thru bookings in sail date order but would contact me within two weeks.

I received another email late Friday evening with a new invoice confirming that all was ok. They had transferred the booking over to themselves and everything we had booked had been honoured including the agent discount which TC had given me.

Yet again another 'well done' for Celebrity. You're on a roll Glynis.

Glad you weren't given any problems Glynis. Also good to hear today that Hays Travel will take over a lot of their High Street branches and staff as well.
