Boudicca to Portugal April 2019.

Boudicca to Portugal April 2019.

Postby Mungo » 24 Nov 2018 13:17

So....... yesterday morning an email came through with Black Friday deals. Spotted one on Boudicca for April to Portugal from Dover........ this morning booked it! I had been keeping a look out for something for April/ May and the price certainly dropped for this one.

I’ve been to Lisbon before but never an overnight. The other 2 ports are new.

As most of you know it’s been a somewhat traumatic year so it’s good to have something booked and to look forward to.

(In the pipeline is a visit to Center Parcs and a trip to see our son in Thailand in the summer. Plus of course my 2 nighter on Aurora with friends in October!)

The itinerary......

Sun 07 Apr Late PM Dover, United Kingdom
Wed 10 Apr Early PM Lisbon, Portugal
Thu 11 Apr Late PM Lisbon, Portugal
Fri 12 Apr Early AM Late PM Portimao, Portugal
Sat 13 Apr Early PM Late Night Leixões (for Oporto), Portugal
Tue 16 Apr Early AM Dover, United Kingdom
Aurora and Ventura October 2019
Britannia March 2020
Iona July 2020
Arcadia December 2020

Sue, no problem, she'll love to help out.

She's actually coming with us on our Lisbon cruise, as is her mum - who was also a nurse.

I guess you could say that we will be travelling with our own medical team.

Decided life’s too short to put things on hold. Coping not too bad Jim. Saw consultant this week. Healing is still continuing so will see me again in the New Year.

Hope you find something good for your big celebration!
