1st Cruise and we are back home!

Postby Trace » 18 Oct 2016 05:41

Great photos! Well done!! Looking forward to more when time allows. :)

We enjoyed the Oceana but my favourite is still the Ventura I think, i just prefer bigger ships. We went on the Ventura on a fly cruise when was based in the Med but the following year was back at Southampton so we went on Oceana from Venice.

We recently tried P&O on Arcadia around Iceland and were completely wowed after five times on my Fred Olsen.

Having a balcony was a real treat as was being able to have a proper lunch on arrival day.

We are now considering another P&O in the new year. It's just so easy a 40 minute drive along the coast.

Might even try Oceana on your recommendation.

Glad you both enjoyed your first cruise, and have booked another already. It's so easy to get hooked on it all!! New places to see, old places to see again, if you wish. And of course being looked after and pampered on the ship itself. Look forward to hearing about it all, and seeing the photos, when your computer is up and running.
