John Challis who played the great character ‘Terrance Aubrey Boyce (Boycie)’ in Only Fools and Horses and Sue Holderness who played his wife ‘Marlene’ are on board Marco Polo cruising 24 October. To add to the celebrities on board Jeffrey Holland, one of the stars from Hi-De-Hi and You rang M’Lord, plus Sue Hodge who played the character Mimi Labonq in Allo, Allo will also be there.

Should be a bit of a laugh!

Boycie & Marlene on Marco Polo

Fred Olsen's longer cruises usually have a theme. On our 2012 "Balmoral" cruise from Rio de Janeiro to Southampton the theme was 'Comedy' and we literally laughed our way up the Amazon and across the Atlantic. We had some great comedians on board and also Richard Gibson and Kim Hartman (Herr Otto Flick and Helga Geerhart) from the 'Allo 'Allo TV series of many years ago.

I am sure that the passengers on this "Marco Polo" cruise are going to have a whale of a time, we certainly did!

I love that pair. Think I'm one of the few who enjoyed The Green Green Grass.
