River Cruising- USA - American Queen

Has anybody here ever done river cruising on the Mississippi and / or on the American Queen itself.

My latest Cruise Travel magazine has an article on the latest renovations to this ship and its cruises.

We had been thinking recently to celebrate our wedding anniversary next May 2013, to do a river cruise but always thought Europe though not looked deeply into ones backyard, so to speak. :o

Its an all-inclusive includes tours much like Europe river cruising

It looks great Rob. However, I try to avoid doing anything that might result in having my fingerprints and mugshot taken. ;)

Thanks Dave,
In our case we are still exempt from that requirement though the more inward thinking the US politicians on security become,. that might change.
