Perhaps we ought to have a Forum 'whip round' to keep Dave and Fred afloat permanently!

Seriously though, Chris and I have particularly liked this cruise blog and a similar cruise on this ship is now high on our 'wish list'.

I am really enjoying your blog and photos Dave.
As you know I have been a Thomson fan for a lot of years.
We have visited a lot of the ports you are visiting and as we are not planning to cruise again it's been great to be reminded of places we have seen.
Waiting to see where you dock in Kotor. We docked in the main carpark :!: (Well, that's what it seemed like.)

We've just arrived in Kotor, Montenegro. To say that the sail in was spectacular would be an understatement!

Looking back down the fjord :

Looking forward :

We're the only cruise ship here and we're docked at the main pier. :-)

The town is at the end of a stunning fjord and surrounded by mountains. It looks amazing.

Our excursion today involves a speedboat, a Blue Cave, and swimming. I can't wait! More later. :-)

Having been there and taken many photos of the sail in, they just don't really do it justice and capture the same experience as actually being there. ;)

I have just received a 'Facebook' message from a non forum member friend of mine and she is also on the 'Thomson Celebration', currently visiting Kotor. It is a small world sometimes! :D
