We have also used Cosol Tours back in 2010 when we visited St Lucia on Ocean Village. We did the same tour as JennyWren and thought it was a great day out and terrific value for money- far better than any of the ship's tours, in small buses and run by very friendly staff.

We had intended to travel with Cosol in 2010 but when we got to St Lucia he nearly had 200 pax on his tour. We went with Spencer Ambrose wwhich was excellent. We stopped first at a look out over Castries and saw our ship and 2 others in port, then off to Marigot bay where we had the option to buy banana ketchup - very good stuff! Then to a banana plantation and Anse Chastanet and another village I cannot remember. We then visited the drive in volcano and had a mud bath in a nearby hot pool - STINKY!!! We then to a water taxi to Jalousie beach (between the Pitons), had 2 hours to relax there and had a packed Creole lunch.

All for USD60.

We took a taxi from the dockside in St Lucia and didn't really have a great time. We did bump into a Cosol tour on our travels and everyone seemed to be having such fun, we said if we ever returned we would book a Cosol tour.
Don't worry be happy.

We enjoyed our day with Cosol so much that we were tempted to repeat the experience last month. In the end though we decided that as we had spent so much on tours during cruise, we would just take a stroll round Castries.

Joan you will have a wonderful time on St Lucia. The Cathedral in Castries is worth poking your nose into for 5 mins - when we did we intruded on some local persons funeral
