Quebec isn't one of those ports of call where all you can see from the ship are rows of containers. The view is stunning from the moment you step out on deck before breakfast:

I've posted this under DIY Excursions, although really we just explored pretty much at random. The focal point of Quebec is Le Château Frontenac - a magnificent building which towers over the city, so that's where we headed for. Canada is full of trees, and Quebec has many parks, and the autumn colours are spectacular:
