Not particularly Irene - although I do like repetitive BIG numbers. They always remind me of hearing my younger daughter talking in her sleep, when she was about 10, saying 'I just love the BIG numbers'. She was mad that it became a family joke. :D

There is a further promotion available above Admiral.

The rank of Admiral (four rings. one broad, three normal width)is equivalent to a four star rank in the NATO scheme of things
which leaves the rank of Admiral of the Fleet , (five rings, one broad, four normal width) equivalent to five star rank in the NATO scheme

Actually, we do have a higher rank Geoff, although no one has reached it yet. At 20480 posts a member is promoted to Admiral of the Fleet. :D
