I have not recieved any mail from Saga for over a week, is this a record?

Probably so. My postman reckons that if it wasn't for Christmas cards he'd be redundant.

Only a week - it's almost 2 weeks since we have had anything. Get plenty of other mail though, so postmen here are safe as only 1 of them was a Christmas card! Saga seem to be concentrating their marketing efforts online now - as since they announced all these " price reductions for every cruise in 2018", we've not had any mailings from them! Not that we seem to have benefitted at all from these price reductions yet, apart from one cruise (March 18) going all-inclusive.

It must be something about, having complained about the volume of mailings for so long, we're now going into withdrawal symptoms. Two of our future cruises have gone all inclusive including nearly a month to Canada.

I have a 2018 cruise booked so phoned Saga to see what was on offer which turned out to br nothing. I would have been due for a reduction as I had a 2019 cruise booked but it was cancelled out by the 35% discount on the 2018 booking.
I did discover that the cruise is now all inclusive.

Saga's price promise is clouded by the complexity of its pricing, discounts and special offers. I've received a rebate (over £300) on a month's Sept. 2018 cruise as a result of the price reduction but nothing, so far, on a June cruise the price of which has also been reduced.

Saga is now making up. I'm delighted to receive notification that our June cruise is now all inclusive but it didn't really need three letters, all precisely the same and arriving in the same post, to ensure that I understand.
