This has also become a topic in the last week on Cruises.co.uk in terms of what would people want to travel as in cruise around their own country regardless of size of ship.

We did an Around the UK cruise on Black Watch a few years ago and loved it.

The ports of call were Dover, Kirkwall, Portree, Holyhead, Dublin, Cobn, Falmouth, and St Peter Port.

Ours was a 10 day on Golden Princess from Southampton
Porrs of call were Holyhead, Dublin , Belfast , Glasgow (Greenock) ,Orkney Islands (Kirkwall), Edinburgh (South Queensferry),
